The Sheriff accepts focused requests at the left lobby window, by phone, email at sheriffsoffice@kossuthcounty.iowa.gov, fax at 515-295-9304, or mail. The Clerk is on the courthouse third floor. County offices generally publish weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; because the Sheriff's published hours differ by one hour across official pages, call before a late-afternoon visit.
